N’amarat BIO

Eye
Deep purple.

Nose
Medium (+) aromas of black berries and herbs as well as light vanilla notes through the oak barrel.

Palate
High but pleasantly soft tanin. Elegant structure and aromas of red cherry, black pepper, vanilla and cassis. Long finish.

Culinary recommendation
Braised dishes, beef, veal, cheese
